  • Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls.
  • Investigate and resolve complex WordPress issues involving plugins, themes, and APIs.
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices, scalability, caching, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and improvements.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • WordPress experience with themes, plugins, hooks, filters, WP-CLI.
  • Proficiency debugging PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git, and version control.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WooCommerce or Gutenberg.
  • Knowledge of reverse proxies or enterprise-level WordPress hosting.
  • Experience with debugging tools like New Relic or Kibana.
