You'll oversee the full commercial relationship with enterprise accounts, driving strategic growth and multi-year partnerships. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the impact of Signal AI's platform and navigate digital transformation. This role offers the chance to shape best practices for enterprise account growth in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead renewal and expansion strategies to increase account value and CLV.
  • Anticipate client needs by understanding their industry and business challenges.
  • Engage C-suite executives to position Signal AI as a strategic partner.
  • Develop and execute account retention strategies with cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise account management with consultative selling.
  • Proven track record of exceeding GRR and NRR targets.
  • Experience presenting and closing at C-suite level.
  • Previous SaaS sales experience.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience managing APIs, PowerBI, and Tableau.
  • Deep understanding of Signal AI's product suite.
