You'll manage multiple fulfillment centers and hubs in your region, ensuring technical operations run smoothly. You'll coordinate facility maintenance, project expansions, and serve as the key contact for stakeholders. This role offers autonomy and hands-on impact at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage technical condition of equipment across multiple sites
• Act as first point of contact for site managers and resolve issues
• Coordinate maintenance tenders, negotiations, and inspections
• Oversee projects like equipment implementation or new building launches

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or similar role
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel regionally
