💼 About This Role

You'll define how BlaBlaCar leverages data to support millions of members, owning the data product lifecycle from KPIs to dbt data models and Tableau dashboards. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations to turn complex support workflows into streamlined processes and directly influence AI-driven solutions that empower support agents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and analyze KPIs with leadership to drive strategy.
• Diagnose support processes to uncover inefficiencies and automation gaps.
• Manage stakeholder intake and prioritize requests with trade-offs.
• Build and maintain self-service Tableau dashboards for data consumers.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years professional experience as a Data Analyst.
• Excellent command of SQL.
• Experience with Airflow, BigQuery, GCP, Tableau.
• Experience with data transformation tools (preferably dbt).

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with Streamlit.
• Knowledge of Generative AI integration.
