Description

Join our Pre-Sales team as a Solutions Architect to guide customers in designing scalable systems using MongoDB. You'll work with sales executives to solve business problems, winning deals and driving growth, while acting as a trusted advisor to users from startups to large enterprises.

Requirements

• 5-8 years related industry experience, 2 years in customer-facing role
• 2+ years with scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience implementing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in German or French and English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications, systems, and infrastructure using MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning and technical discovery
• Proactively generate demand through events and self-driven initiatives
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success and satisfaction
