Description

You will build and lead Starlink's on-the-ground growth organization across the U.S., designing and scaling a distributed team to drive subscriber acquisition through partnerships, field marketing, and local initiatives. Your work will directly accelerate broadband adoption in rural, suburban, and underserved communities, defining how Starlink launches and wins markets at the state and regional level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years in growth, business development, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations
  • 2+ years of direct people management
  • Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Willingness to travel 50-75%+ of the time

Responsibilities

  • Own Starlink's U.S. local growth strategy and subscriber growth across states and regions
  • Build, hire, and lead a team of regional and state-level growth leaders
  • Design scalable playbooks for local market customer acquisition
  • Establish and scale local acquisition channels including partnerships, field marketing, events, and grassroots initiatives
  • Drive partnerships from identification through execution and track ROI
