🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop go-to-market strategies for FP&A Advisory growth
• Lead delivery of Business Transformation initiatives for clients
• Assess client challenges and recommend CFGI solutions
• Support business development and proposal processes

📋 Requirements

• 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience
• Proven track record generating new business
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement
• Advanced FP&A understanding

✨ Nice to Have

• Transactional experience (M&A, divestitures, capital raises)
• Experience with finance technologies like Adaptive, Anaplan, Tableau
• ERP technology understanding (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
