💼 About This Role

You'll join a clinical-stage biotech to advance lentiviral vector production for cell and genome therapy research. You'll design and execute experiments from upstream cell culture to downstream purification. This is a 100% bench-based role with hands-on work in a fast-paced R&D environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute LVV experiments in HEK293T systems
• Optimize downstream processing including TFF/UF-DF
• Support scale-up studies in shake flasks or bioreactors
• Quantify vector yield using qPCR, p24, and infectivity assays

📋 Requirements

• B.S. with 4+ years or M.S. with 2+ years in molecular biology or related field
• Hands-on experience producing and concentrating viral vectors
• Expertise in mammalian cell culture with aseptic technique
• Proficiency with ELN documentation and data tools

• Experience with single-use stirred-tank or wave bioreactors
• Familiarity with TFF/UF-DF chromatography
