Description

You will lead projects in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) for insurance clients, analyzing regulatory requirements, designing solution concepts, and implementing them to ensure compliance across organization and IT systems. You'll build client relationships, develop the GRC portfolio, and stay on top of market trends.

Requirements

• Several years of project experience in IT GRC
• Proven (sub-)project leadership in Financial Services, preferably insurance
• Knowledge of IT compliance requirements (MaGO, DORA) in insurance
• Excellent degree in IT or business
• Fluent German and English, with strong presentation and MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Lead or manage (sub-)projects in IT GRC for insurance clients
• Analyze client's regulatory environment and design compliance solutions
• Implement GRC concepts efficiently and sustainably
• Ensure compliance in organizational structures, IT governance, and IT systems
• Maintain client relationships and develop the GRC service portfolio
