You'll lead Lalamove's London operations to scale the platform and drive growth, making it the leading intra-city delivery solution in the UK. You'll deploy driver operations, customer service, and marketing activities while managing budgets and partnerships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage driver operations, customer service, and sales activities
• Execute regional partnerships to grow user base
• Oversee business development and acquire users
• Control budget, forecast, and operating expenses

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
• More than 8 years management experience in startup or O2O/eCommerce/logistics
• Proven track-record in management skills in the UK
• Data-driven with ability to manage budgets and P&L
