• Translate complex problems into clear, well-structured solutions
• Design complete flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to the Design System
• Collaborate closely with engineers to guarantee technical feasibility

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products
• Proficiency in UX, UI, and building complex flows
• Experience with Design Systems and componentization
• Strong Figma skills (components, variants, auto layout)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintechs, digital banks, or payment methods
• Knowledge of payment flows, reconciliation, or financial operations
• Basic understanding of security and compliance in financial products
