You will serve as the primary contact and advocate for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring successful contract fulfillment and SLA management. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, drive product adoption, and foster long-term loyalty, becoming a trusted advisor to customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years in customer account relationship management
- 5+ years of enterprise account management in presales or post-sales with program management
- Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
- Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud Software, and Security
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation
Responsibilities
