You'll advocate for designated customers, managing their needs across support, services, and product development. You'll provide status updates, upgrade recommendations, and guidance through early access programs. This role requires periodic onsite visits.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage overall relationships with assigned end-users
- Provide project leadership for customers' major FireMon programs
- Maintain functional and technical knowledge of FireMon product line
- Provide hands-on support for system health checks and troubleshooting
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in technical account management or similar customer-facing role
- 3+ years managing complex network infrastructures
- Active technical certification (e.g., CCNA)
β¨ Nice to Have
- Italian language skills
- Experience with Unix/Linux or software development
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies
