🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage operational execution for Global Amazon Retail channels.
- Guide annual Joint Business Planning process to hit volume and profitability targets.
- Monitor operational chargebacks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Steward product listings, imagery, and SEO content to meet brand standards.
- Develop promotional plans and monitor ROI to refine future strategies.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in eCommerce account management or digital sales strategy.
- Experience managing operational chargebacks and inventory forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Looker and Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to steward cross-functional projects and influence priorities.
✨ Nice to Have
- Amazon Vendor Central experience highly preferred.
- Experience scaling consumer brands on Amazon.
