💼 About This Role

You'll own Giga's physical workplace and lead operations at our new 25k sq ft Dogpatch HQ as we scale to 100+ people. You'll drive the end-to-end in-person employee experience, from vendor management to automation and culture. This role offers a chance to shape the foundation of a fast-growing AI startup with industry leaders like DoorDash as customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead setup and operations of the 25k sq ft Dogpatch office.
• Manage vendor relationships with IT, janitorial, catering, and security.
• Build automated workflows for onboarding, SSO, and workspace setup.
• Design and run in-person events like all-hands and team offsites.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in workplace or facilities operations for a tech company.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and budgets in a high-growth setting.
• Proven ability to build repeatable processes and automation.
• History of shaping in-person culture and employee experience.

• Experience at a startup or scale-up company.
