You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring they adopt and derive value. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration.
  • Manage customer data migration for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customers.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or SaaS platforms.

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
