You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring they adopt and derive value. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes.
- Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration.
- Manage customer data migration for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams.
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customers.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or SaaS platforms.
