Description

You will lead a cross-functional team of 5-10 embedded software and test engineers, owning sprint execution, delivery commitments, and technical coordination for avionics subsystems. This role drives accountability and removes impediments to deliver deterministic, safety-critical capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in avionics software development and testing
• Experience with I/O (1553, ARINC 429), hypervisor/RTOS, and secure platform services
• Experience integrating FPGA-based hardware, real-time operating systems, and middleware
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 embedded software and test engineers

• Drive accountability, remove impediments, and maintain schedule predictability
• Balance technical risk, program priorities, and resource allocation
