You'll weld and inspect large metallic structures for high-field superconducting magnets at a fusion energy company. Your work will directly advance the construction of commercially viable fusion power plants. This second-shift role offers a 10% pay differential.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Weld and inspect large metallic structures and tooling
• Set up welding processes per specifications and requirements
• Read and analyze drawings and take detailed measurements
• Perform hand welding or semi-automated welding

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a welder on large structural systems
• Certification or training in GMAW, GTAW, or SMAW
• Experience welding stainless steel
• Experience using GTAW process to weld copper

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in welding for pressure vessel, aerospace, or nuclear applications
• Experience with mechanized or automated welding equipment
• Knowledge of various welding equipment and procedures
