🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, configure, and deploy AV systems and equipment
• Manage AV infrastructure and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support remote, executive, and in-person events with AV setup and operation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on AV requirements
• Assist executives with AV setup during conferences

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in AV Technology, IT, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years experience using AV and Events software (Zoom, Google Meet)
• Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP) or Extron AV Associate certification
• Advanced troubleshooting and understanding of signal flow in conference rooms

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow as a ticketing system
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Microsoft equivalent
• Advanced certification in specific AV technologies
