Description

You will serve as a senior business analyst in Coupang's Customer-Centric Planning team, using data analysis to guide business improvements and strategic decisions. You'll translate complex business problems into actionable insights, design dashboards, and drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and support Coupang's growth in Taiwan.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data or business analysis, preferably in e-commerce
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Strong SQL skills
• English speaking and writing skills must, Korean a strong plus
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and business acumen

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards for key metrics monitoring
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions
• Drive improvement in operational performance and lead expansion projects
• Develop customer data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage project teams and stakeholders to implement process improvements
