🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead clinical study operations and strategic planning.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, and vendor oversight.
• Serve as primary sponsor and cross-functional contact.
• Mentor team members and identify professional development needs.

📋 Requirements

• RN or bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related field.
• Prior experience as a CRA or equivalent.
• Proven effectiveness as a team leader.
• Experience managing multifaceted studies from inception to completion.

• Experience with MS Project and OneNote.
• Experience managing projects in a virtual environment.
