Description

You will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for Raptor engine turbomachinery components, collaborating with design engineers and fabrication shops to resolve non-conformance issues and drive production improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years of industry experience in propulsion or power generation product design, development, fabrication, assembly, or test
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Hands-on position requiring standing and working with hardware
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing and integration processes for turbomachinery components and assemblies
• Implement new manufacturing capabilities and resolve conflicting requirements
• Optimize processes based on measurement or test data
• Design tooling for rapid and repeatable balance correction
• Drive design and process changes to support program goals
