💼 About This Role

You'll lead Startpage's AI transformation and own the full P&L for a profitable, privacy-first search engine. You'll rearchitect product, growth, and monetization to build the leading AI-native search platform. This role offers founder-level autonomy with the resources of System1.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive global user and query growth through product expansion and performance marketing.
• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for AI-enhanced, privacy-first search.
• Reimagine monetization models for AI-enhanced search experiences.
• Redesign internal workflows to be AI-first across product and analytics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in consumer internet, search, or AI products.
• 2+ years in a GM, P&L leadership role, or as an entrepreneur.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-driven product innovation in the past 12-18 months.
• Strong financial acumen to build models and manage forecasts.
