💼 About This Role

You'll be a founding member of Anthropic's Community Executive Escalations function, protecting the company's reputation when high-stakes user issues surface on social media or through executive channels. You'll own incidents end-to-end, monitoring public conversations, triaging escalations, and driving resolution with cross-functional partners. This role lets you build the function from scratch while operating day-to-day.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own incidents and executive escalations end-to-end during coverage hours
• Monitor public social channels for brand mentions and triage escalations
• Communicate crisply with internal stakeholders on live situations
• Write clear post-incident reports and iterate on team playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in community operations, trust safety, escalations, or related role
• Hands-on incident management experience including paging and post-mortems
• Excellent judgment under pressure
• Sharp written communication to brief senior leaders concisely
