As a Lead Piercer at Mejuri, you will oversee the piercing studio experience, from customer greeting and styling to safe piercing procedures and aftercare education. You'll lead by example, support inventory management, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and compliance, all while building strong client relationships and promoting the brand.

Requirements

• Calm and professional demeanour in piercing services
• Expertise in needle piercing, gold and titanium jewelry, and allowable alloys
• Knowledge of aftercare, signs of infection, and medical contraindications
• Ability to verify proper identification and legal compliance
• Strong clientele-building skills in local market

Responsibilities

• Oversee the piercing customer journey: greeting, check-in, styling, transaction, and aftercare education
• Maintain health and safety standards, including cleanliness and biohazard waste management
• Support inventory management and optimize piercing jewelry assortment
• Lead by example on sales floor, training team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Manage scheduling and online booking for piercing services
