🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and sell innovative systems engineering and managed services solutions.
• Evolve global strategy for Systems Engineering & Support.
• Lead enterprise transformation programs modernizing legacy systems.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global practice of ~2,200 professionals.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years leading systems engineering or IT leadership practices with P&L ownership.
• Proven experience managing large, geographically distributed teams including managed services.
• Track record in enterprise application development, system integration, and modernization.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google), AI, automation, and managed services.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven automation in operations.
• Background in telecommunications or digital services.
• Prior experience in a consulting environment.
