💼 About This Role

You'll identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Oklahoma to mobilize them for policy reform. You'll equip local leaders with training and resources to advocate for change. This role offers the chance to drive impactful community organizing as part of a national grassroots network and Stand Together philanthropic community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit grassroots leaders in local communities
• Equip leaders with training and resources to advocate for policy change
• Organize public engagement events like phone calls and door-to-door canvassing
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors including compliance and best practices

📋 Requirements

• Relationship building skills with diverse individuals
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes
• Self-motivation to prioritize tasks and meet objectives
• Valid driver's license for in-state travel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in grassroots advocacy or political campaigns
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience
• Social media and/or Canva experience
