Description

You will own and operate the full payment risk, fraud, and chargeback ecosystem at My Funded Futures. Responsibilities include configuring payment processors, defining risk rules, leading chargeback operations, and optimizing approval rates to minimize fraud and disputes while maximizing successful payments.

Requirements

• 5+ years in payments, fraud, or chargebacks, preferably in fintech
• Experience configuring payment processors and tuning fraud rules
• Knowledge of chargeback reason codes and dispute management
• Ability to build dashboards and executive-level reporting

Responsibilities

• Own configuration of payment processors (e.g., Checkout.com) with fraud rules, velocity controls, geographic restrictions, AVS/CVV/3DS, and transaction limits
• Manage full chargeback lifecycle: alerts, evidence collection, representment, network submissions
• Build and maintain dispute playbooks by reason code, payment method, product type, and geography
• Monitor fraud, friendly fraud, account abuse, and payment method abuse; partner with KYC/AML, support, and trading ops
• Own reporting on authorization rates, fraud rates, chargeback rates, dispute win rates, and payment success by country/method/product
