🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery engagements with customers and internal partners.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI/ML and data pipeline solutions.
• Design and deliver production-ready systems including APIs and cloud-native services.
• Own deployments and troubleshoot complex issues across data and application layers.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building data-intensive distributed systems with APIs and cloud-native services.
• Demonstrated experience productionizing AI/ML solutions beyond experimentation.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous customer-driven problem spaces and make sound technical decisions.

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments like healthcare.
• Background in customer-facing engineering roles (e.g., forward-deployed, solutions).
