You'll own a defined territory of cardiology practices, driving a consultative sales process to close partnership agreements. Your core impact is evangelizing a new value-based care model and guiding practices through complex multi-stakeholder decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a defined account list of cardiology practices.
  • Generate pipeline through proactive outreach and in-person visits.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes and negotiate terms.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth Ops to improve lead conversion.

📋 Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of healthcare sales experience to physician groups.
  • Proven quota attainment in complex, long-cycle sales environments.
  • Experience selling into provider practices with specialty experience preferred.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen to articulate VBC economics.
