🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and deploy AI agents for customer escalation automation

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • 8+ years in customer-facing or customer engineering roles
  • Experience in large-scale, multi-tenant production environments
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted SDLC tools

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA)
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust or governance frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
