You'll lead people technology strategy and Workday implementation at a high-growth family care startup. Your work directly enables training and employment of family caregivers nationwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the People tech stack roadmap and product lifecycle
• Lead Workday implementation as internal architect
• Design and maintain system integrations and automations
• Develop people analytics dashboards for leadership
• Optimize onboarding/offboarding processes through automation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR Operations or Analytics experience
• 4+ years focused on People Systems and/or Data Strategy
• Hands-on experience with integrations (API, EDI, flat-file)
• Proven ability in data architecture and governance

• Experience in high-growth startup or complex scaling organization
• Familiarity with Workday implementation
