You'll guide system development for general aviation aircraft at an R&D flight test company. You'll lead systems integration, requirements capture, and design while ensuring safety and rapid progress.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide system development from requirements through design to demonstration
• Facilitate concept of operations, system architecture, and requirements
• Collaborate with safety, hardware, and software teams on interfaces
• Manage systems engineering tasking and align disciplines for completion

📋 Requirements

• BS in Electrical/Aerospace/Systems Engineering or related field
• 8+ years systems engineering in FAA/EASA/DOD certification programs
• Experience with requirements management tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with ARP4754A/B and RTCA DO-178B/C for flight-critical systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Specific experience with general aviation aircraft integration
• Experience in Automatic Flight Controls, Flight Management, or Display Systems
• Working knowledge of Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
