You'll join an established squad responsible for our internal lending platform, connecting day-to-day execution to product outcomes. Your core impact will be identifying market gaps, defining product initiatives, and driving mass adoption through data analysis and customer insights. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Set squad goals, success metrics, and roadmap aligned to company goals
• Identify market gaps and actionable product initiatives
• Translate opportunities into clear product requirements and user stories
• Run squad rituals including release planning and backlog grooming

📋 Requirements

• ~2 years' experience in product management
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services
• Strong analytical capability to create business cases
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude
