💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an excellent customer experience and training new recruits. You'll help drive sales and daily operations at a pop culture-inspired retail store. This role combines fandom knowledge with leadership skills to make a difference in the community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
