Description

You will deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions for substance use disorders using Affect's evidence-based program. You'll conduct intake assessments, provide crisis support, and collaborate with a clinical team to support recovery.

Requirements

• Active Maryland counseling license: LCSW-C, LCPC, LCADC, or LCMFT
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR, and telehealth platforms
• Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine level of care
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based curriculum
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR system
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment and discharge planning
