🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead small team across API, CRM, and data initiatives
• Drive execution rituals: sprint planning, retrospectives
• Design and build GraphQL and REST APIs and backend services
• Contribute hands-on code across React, Node.js, SQL systems
• Own delivery tracking and transparency using Jira and Confluence

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend
• Proven experience designing and scaling GraphQL and REST APIs
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated data environments
• Familiarity with monorepo setups (Nx, Turborepo, Yarn Workspaces)
• Experience with data ingestion pipelines or ETL processing
