Description

As an On the Ground Specialist, you will ensure in-store operational success by launching and supporting Caper Carts in partner grocery stores. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a crucial link between local store teams and broader operations.

Requirements

• Passion for operations, continuous improvement, and e-commerce/retail technology
• Ability to multitask and excel in fast-paced environments
• Experience with technology troubleshooting using guides
• Minimum 3 years retail experience in management or corporate roles
• Strong communication skills and flexibility to travel

Responsibilities

• Engage with store teams during launch and implementation of pilot programs
• Provide on-site observation to identify and resolve operational challenges
• Serve as a link between local store teams and strategic operations
• Oversee execution of local initiatives and rollout of new programs
• Conduct technical testing and troubleshooting of technology issues
