💼 About This Role

You'll join the founding French team to generate and qualify leads for Airwallex's SME & Growth sales pipeline. You'll orchestrate multichannel outreach and partner with Account Executives to drive early-stage funnel. This hybrid role offers significant upside through commission tied to qualified pipeline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate contact via email, phone, and social channels.
• Qualify prospect needs and progress leads to AEs.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and support forecasting.
• Test and recommend outreach strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Track record of top performance in a BDR or SDR role.
• Superior verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Strong interest in technology and/or financial services.
• Self-starter comfortable in hyper-growth environment.

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Knowledge of payments or fintech industry.
