You'll partner with customers to resolve technical questions and help them unlock the full value of Patsnap's Life Sciences products. Your work will shape how customers experience the platform, maintaining industry-leading CSAT through empathy and clear communication.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer tickets via Zendesk aligned with OKR requirements
  • Create and manage technical learning documentation
  • Become a product champion for Patsnap tools
  • Collect and share customer feedback with sales and product teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Life Sciences education background or industry knowledge
  • Dedication to problem-solving
  • Customer-centric approach to answering questions

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of API and SSO
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
