You'll partner with customers to resolve technical questions and help them unlock the full value of Patsnap's Life Sciences products. Your work will shape how customers experience the platform, maintaining industry-leading CSAT through empathy and clear communication.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer tickets via Zendesk aligned with OKR requirements
- Create and manage technical learning documentation
- Become a product champion for Patsnap tools
- Collect and share customer feedback with sales and product teams
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role
- Life Sciences education background or industry knowledge
- Dedication to problem-solving
- Customer-centric approach to answering questions
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of API and SSO
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
