You'll oversee daily vehicle reconditioning operations at a Carvana Inspection Center, leading a team of up to 70 associates. Your core impact is ensuring quality, production, and cost objectives are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Mentor and hold direct reports accountable for performance
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and procedures
• Maintain production capacity and assist with planning

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record
