🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement strategic orientations adopted by the board of directors
• Supervise all operations across cultural, childcare, and community sectors
• Develop performance indicators and ensure regular monitoring
• Maintain strategic relationships with partners and funders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management or director role
• Experience in multidisciplinary team management
• Experience in financial and budget management
