You'll join the team inventing our AI Engineering Platform, building the factory that builds software. You'll move from managed backlogs to infinite execution using multi-agent systems and autonomous governance. This role is for pioneers creating the foundation of product development in an agentic world.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design multi-agent orchestration layers for reliable task execution
• Create guardrails and policy engines for safe autonomous operation
• Build semantic infrastructure like knowledge graphs and vector stores
• Develop testing harnesses for deterministic validation of agent outputs

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering background with shipping experience
• Active agentic builder who has built agents recently
• Experience with multi-agent coordination and reliable reasoning
• Ability to work in high-bandwidth all-remote collaboration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as an AI researcher applying models to production
• Background in game engineering or complex simulations
• Expertise in platform/SRE and observability for AI systems
