You'll define the customer's experience through service, focus, and participation at a veterinary emergency hospital. You'll find ways to say yes and put patient and customer experience above all else, while having opportunities for learning and mentorship in a certified Great Place to Work.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with warmth and urgency
- Oversee all customer communications and escalate medical calls
- Deliver personalized experiences and resolve concerns quickly
- Process payments accurately and follow up after visits
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Advanced knowledge of computer programs and practice management software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

- Experience in a veterinary or medical setting
