You'll provide technical support to paid users of a multi-chain analytics platform across high-traffic channels like Slack and Zendesk. Your work ensures users get fast, empathetic help with crypto data issues, directly impacting their experience and retention. This remote role offers equity, flexible hours, and quarterly offsites.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot technical issues via Slack, Telegram, Zendesk.
- Investigate root causes of customer issues.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on escalations.
- Create and refine support documentation and FAQs.
- Build automation workflows for recurring issues.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support or technical support experience.
- Experience with crypto data and hands-on use of Dune.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying.
- Ability to work EST or GMT/CEST time zones.

- Built dashboards on Dune.
- Experience with Zapier, Pylon, or AI triage tools.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
