You'll be the design anchor for the Payer group, building experiences that uphold trust between patients, providers, and payers. You'll translate regulatory requirements into intuitive, human-centered designs while leveraging AI tools like Claude and Cursor to prototype and iterate directly in code. This role offers the chance to shape the mental healthcare platform at a Series D company with over 70,000 providers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define payer strategy and roadmap with Head of Product and Eng Director.
• Design intuitive experiences for providers and payers balancing regulation and usability.
• Prototype using AI tools like Claude and Cursor, iterating in code.
• Conduct customer research to validate solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years as a product designer with complex systems experience.
• Experience designing for operational tools, regulated workflows, or multi-sided platforms.
• Polished visual and interaction design work.
• Active use of AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and MagicPatterns in workflow.
