Description

You will build and oversee a team of software engineers, coordinating projects and priorities. Partner with product to define strategy and roadmap, mentor engineers, and drive technical decision-making to ship new features efficiently.

• High level of empathy and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience as a player-coach leading a team of engineers
• Strong technical background with passion for mentoring

• Prioritize, schedule, and execute projects with Engineers, Design, and Product Managers
• Define and execute team strategy and quarterly roadmap
• Mentor engineers to grow technical skills and foster innovation
• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineering team
• Drive sound technical decision-making and cross-team collaboration
