You'll lead technical sales motion and API-driven integrations for a rapidly scaling payments and benefits infrastructure platform. You'll own the technical relationship with enterprise customers, guiding deals from discovery to launch. This founding role offers high ownership and direct influence on product and company strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design across enterprise sales cycle
• Design and present custom API-based integration architectures
• Develop and deliver live demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical walkthroughs
• Build reusable technical assets like reference architectures and integration guides

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering
• 3+ years working with enterprise-level customers and complex sales cycles
• Experience designing API-driven integrations for enterprise systems
• Background in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or healthtech

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with regulated systems such as HSA/FSA or benefits infrastructure
• Proven ability to support multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
• Experience building feedback loops between customers and product/engineering
