You'll lead cross-functional procurement projects and a team of buyers, supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams for a defense technology company. Your core impact is achieving cost, quality, and delivery targets while optimizing procurement processes to drive efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional projects to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and optimize procurement processes for efficiency and cost savings.
• Establish and drive organizational consistency through KPIs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and Master Supply Agreements.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of supply chain experience in progressive roles.
• Experience with technical procurement.
• Familiarity with leading ERP systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian NV2 Security Clearance.
