🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and deploy scalable NLP production pipelines
• Optimize ML models for performance and scalability
• Implement reasoning, planning, and memory modules for agents
• Establish evaluation metrics and benchmarks for AI solutions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning and NLP
• Strong coding skills in Python and PyTorch
• Practical experience with Transformer-based language models (e.g., BERT, Llama)
• Experience deploying ML models using Docker and Kubernetes

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of multimodal models
• Experience with real-time streaming tools like Kafka
• Past research experience with accepted papers in NLP or ML
